Manual FBI Records check
Signature Approval LLC will capture ink fingerprints on 2 FD-258 ink fingerprint cards from the FBI. Please note that the FBI charges $ for record request. We will complete the FBI application for Records Request and complete the FBI credit card form.
We verify if all required documentation is complete and in good order. The process will take 2-3 weeks. This option is available to anyone, including non-US citizens and individuals seeking a copy for immigration status adjustment cases. Once all required documents are complete, Signature Approval LLC fingerprinting will mail the FBI application for record request for processing.
Once the FBI has completed the record check, they will mail you the results. The CJIS Division processes this request. Only you may request a copy of your record or proof that a record does not exist. The FBI record check is valid for the following:
